Welcome to the Hunt Ranch Arena
Located in Concho, Arizona
It is our desire to help individuals become the best horsemen and horsewomen they can become. We have tried to establish an information source that is second to none, where the material is informative and easy to use.
There are four partners that make up the Hunt Ranch Arena: MaryAnn Berndt, Pete Spates, Matt Bishop, and Diana Turner. Our goals are all the same: helping horses and people find harmony with each other!!
The new place in northern Arizona to come have fun with your horse. Also a learning center for Natural Horsemanship. You can come practice for gymkhanas, barrels, ranch roping, ranch sorting, and our trail challenge course.
There will be mini clinics (classes) where you can improve your horsemanship while building a closer bond with your horse, as well as working on any problem areas with your horse.
We will provide private lessons as well as group lessons to include ground work, riding, ranch roping, and ranch sorting.
We have a trail challenge course that has many (16) obstacles to enhance the horse’s ability to handle various conditions that may arise. The benefits of this can be numerous: better athleticism (building muscles, excersizing the mind, increasing overall relaxation); getting your horse to think; building more trust between horse and rider;and most importantly, HAVING FUN!!!!!
